“Fifth Capital London approached A2D with a Financial structure to acquire and fund a portfolio from us which would help secure temporary accommodation for the City of Westminster. My team worked very closely with FCL to deliver this transaction and found them to be professional and reliable throughout.”

“Fifth Capital London assembled a portfolio of assets from A2 Dominion Group with the aim of securing temporary accommodation for the City of Westminster. Phoenix Group worked closely with FCL to structure and deliver the long term funding. Oliver SwallowSenior Investment Manager of Phoenix Group

“Like many Councils in London, Westminster is experiencing significant increases in homelessness demand and costs, this acquisition helps to protect much needed quality temporary accommodation supply within the city. This innovative financing structure through Phoenix Life will help the Council secure and improve these housing assets for the long-term benefit of our residents. The Council’s internal housing, finance and legal teams worked brilliantly with Fifth Capital to get this deal over the line.”
