13-19 The Green

The Green is a planned student accommodation development in Southall, London.

The 23-storey building contains 499 student study studios, with shared amenities for the students on the ground, first and second floors. Amenities will include a landscaped terrace, cycle storage facilities and a 24-hour staffed reception. 35% of bed spaces to be available at affordable rents and 10% of the rooms will be developed to be fully accessible. The scheme is targeting a BREEAM ‘Excellent’ rating for the development. The building will be constructed using modular construction methods that speed up delivery time and reduce disturbance to neighbours. The development will create a new landscaped public space, facilitating planting and urban greening on the site, and contributing to a biodiversity net gain.
